The Exciting Adventure Game Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is Now Released on Switch and PC!

Although the name is not widely known, Team17 Digital is a game company that has experience and a long history in this industry, where they are also the creators behind the Worms franchise. In addition to acting as a developer, Team17 is also often involved as a publisher in the release of other indie games. Today they have even launched another new game called Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos.

Developed with developer Heliocentric Studios, Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos is a unique adventure game that features a combination of RPG and Roguelike elements. This game can be played solo or through co-op mode with three other players, where you will be able to undergo a myriad of activities ranging from building villages, exploring, and facing adrenaline-pumping boss challenges.

This game takes place in a fantasy world called Tasos, where players are given absolute freedom to adventure, build a prosperous life, or fight to defeat the Titan monsters that threaten the peace of the world. The basic gameplay that it offers itself is quite simple and very typical of most Roguelike games with a Top-Down point of view. However, its uniqueness lies in the variety of weapons and play styles that you can customize, this does not include when faced with activities outside of combat such as solving puzzles or doing exploration which sometimes relies on platforming as well.

As we mentioned earlier, this game supports co-op online play options with a total of four players including you. The gameplay in this mode remains the same when you play the game in offline mode, only this time you can perform various activities more easily thanks to the help of other players. For example, when facing a difficult boss challenge or an expedition to find treasure which would be very effective if done together. The customization options for the character classes are also quite diverse, so you don’t have to worry if the characters used will feel monotonous or the same as your playmates.
