In a tweet, Zlatan Ibrahimovic criticized EA Sports for his face and name being on FIFA 21 without his permission. The Swedish striker has also summoned soccer’s governing body FIFA and the players’ union FIFPro over the matter. He disputed permission about his use in the virtual game.

Seeing the problem from Zlatan, Tottenham’s Gareth Bale also replied to Zlatan’s tweet. Bale voiced that this should be investigated. Surprisingly, the two players had in fact been involved with franchise EA’s football. This makes them both together with 300 players will sue EA and FIFA.

Mino said that Zlatan was not the only one who was ready to take this matter to law. There are at least 300 soccer players who also have problems with the use of their faces.

Unfortunately, it is not clear whether they will realize this demand or not. The reason is, EA Sports itself has said that they have obtained permission from the appropriate organization and have even collaborated with AC Milan and Tottenham Hotspur.
