Black Ops Cold War Beta PC, Minimum & Recommendations
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War just arrived in beta for PC on October 15th, and will be coming to other consoles on October 17th. Fortunately, the specifications for the PC are not that heavy.
It’s important to note, even though the hard drive space only takes 45GB in the beta version, it will likely increase a lot in the original version later. Modern Warfare the beta version also only required 45GB HDD, but suddenly went up to 175GB on the release date.
On the other hand, the specs required are not that great. For those of you who are interested, here are the minimum spec details and recommendations: COD Black Ops Cold War PC.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Minimum Specs
- OS: Windows 7 64-Bit (SP1) or Windows 10 64-Bit (min. 1803)
- CPUs: Intel Core i5 2500k or AMD equivalent
- Videos: Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 2GB / GTX 1650 4GB or AMD Radeon HD 7950.
- RAM: 8GB
- HDD: 45GB
- Networks: Broadband internet connection
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Recommended Specifications
- OS: Windows 10 64 Bit
- CPUs: Intel Core i7 4770k or AMD equivalent
- Videos: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB / GTX 1660 Super 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 390/AMD RX 580
- RAM: 16GB RAM
- HDD: 45GB
- Networks: Broadband Internet Connection
If you want to try the beta version COD Black Ops Cold War on a PC, make sure your PC has at least the minimum specs. For GPU the minimum is actually the same as Modern Warfare (although both are made with different engines).
As for all the recommended specs, it’s exactly the same as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. So, if you can run Modern Warfare smoothly, there should be no problem with Black Ops Cold War.
