EA reveals that APEX LEGENDS will come out for MOBILE!

Electronic Arts announced in May that its most valuable franchise, Apex Legends will be available on other platforms soon, including mobile. Nevertheless, EA not saying how long these battle royale enthusiasts will have to wait for the opportunity to play this game on mobile devices.

Well, it looks like we now have the answer to that question, and to sum it up, it’s not good news. EA chief executive Andrew Wilson certify that Apex Legends is coming to smartphones in the 2021 fiscal year, which is actually a bit long.

“Apex Legends is a long-term franchise for us, and since launch, we have expanded the squad that works with the game and is still growing. With the Apex Legends community now growing to more than 70 million players, we are focusing on expanding the mobile platform and new geographies, as well as launching the Apex competitive gaming program which we will share information about in the near future,” he said.

Fiscal year 2021 begins on October 1, which means Apex Legends will not be available on the device Android and iOS so at least that date. Of course, there’s no guarantee that a mobile version of the game will be released in 2021 and since the 2021 fiscal year ends on September 30, 2021, there’s no telling how long we’ll have to wait.
