League of Legends Player Hanged 3 Days After Leaking Spoiler For Avengers: EndGame

In the reddit post, a League of Legends player shows a screenshot of an email with player support regarding his account being suspended for three days after discussing the film in game chat.

“I know you’re excited to talk about the latest Avengers film with other players, but to give spoilers to those who may not have seen it is not cool. For now, your account has been subject to a 3-day hang due to this disturbing behavior.”

Following this issue, the player was also informed that not all actions are punishable under the Riot Games Code of Ethics and the support player only made his own decision to consider such behavior to be “disruptive” in order to “protect the community” of League of Legends. “Generally, it is not our policy to ban players for spoilers, and we will look into this issue in more depth.”

The player who leaked the film said he was actually just trying theory which was discussed on reddit, where is the player really going to be banned after giving spoilers in the game and whether “ban” is the action that should be taken.
