Riot is accused of plagiarizing the appearance of Seraphine League of Legends rather than a blogger!

Blogger Stephanie wrote a long post on his website, telling the similarities between him and the newest character League of Legends, Seraphine. According to the post, he believes that the character was inspired by himself after having a short relationship with one of the workers. Riot Games. Riot immediately rejected the accusation, but their resemblance was hard to deny.

On his blog, Stephanie explain in detail the situation. At the beginning of the year 2021, he is in a relationship with workers Riot which is referred to as “John” (to maintain privacy) where they only meet twice and mostly interact online through messages or playing League of Legends.

John cut ties with him after three months, and after a year, Seraphine appeared. Their similarities are very clear with the similarity of names, looks, appearances, and cats. according to Stephanie, John many times told that he wanted to enter Stephanie into the game as voice actor for an upcoming secret project, and also admits he has an upward influence K/DA, who just took Seraphine as the newest member.

Riot deny the similarities between them, stating “Seraphine freely created by Riot Games and not based on any individual. In addition, former workers [John] has left Riot more than a year ago and no relation in the creative design process department. Many have also explained that Riot Whiskeys, wife to Jeevan Sidhu (one of the designers Seraphine) is the inspiration for Seraphine.

Stephanie has faced a lot of criticism over this issue, then replied:

Even though they have too many similarities, without proof, it’s a bit impossible for me to tell whether they are Seraphine inspired by Stephanie. Coincidence or not, I can only say that Stephanie negatively affected by the whole issue.
