Team NP Replaces Digital Chaos at Northern Arena BEAT Invitational
Esports is a tough industry to schedule, there are so many events to prepare for and sometimes the schedule has to change inevitably. The busy schedule this time hit Digital Chaos, which was the runner-up team for TI6.
The team from the United States missed the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational tournament and will be replaced by Team NP who is in second place in the closed qualifiers. “Due to scheduling issues, Digital Chaos has informed us that they will be pulling out of the Northern Arena BEAT Invitational and will not be coming to Montreal,” a statement from the organizers said.
“We understand that they really wanted to attend, but unfortunately couldn’t. We wish them luck in their upcoming tournaments, the Boston Major and The Summit 6.” The Northern Arena BEAT Invitational will take place at Bell Center, Montreal Canada on November 11-13.
A total of eight teams will compete for a prize of $100,000 (1.3 billion rupiah). The Northern Arena BEAT Invitational is probably the largest Dota2 LAN match event ever held in Canada, the Bell Center itself is the largest hockey arena in the world and home to the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club. Here are the 8 teams competing:
