PUBG Mobile Brings Halloween Themed Infection Mode until November 9th

Day by day we are getting closer to Halloween, and many games have released their Halloween events one by one. PUBG Mobile is one of these games and this year they are bringing back Infection Mode, bringing zombies into the battle royale until November 9th.

In this game mode players will be divided into two teams at the start of the match; Zombies and Defenders. As a Zombie the player’s task is to kill all Defenders before time runs out, while the Defender’s task is only to survive. If one Defender (or more) is still alive after the time expires, they will get a Chicken Dinner.

Defenders will have M416 and AK47 with Extended Mag. Meanwhile, their opponents the zombies can only use melee attacks and abilities with certain cooldowns. If a Defender is killed by a zombie, they will turn into a zombie too. Not only that, they get a chance to become more powerful zombie variations such as Fast Zombie, Stealth Zombie, or Zombie King.

To give Defenders more chances to win, they can transform into Vanquisher when only three Defenders are left. A Vanquisher’s attack can permanently kill zombies, rendering them unable to be revived by their friends.

In addition to the addition of this game mode, the decorations in the PUBG mobile game have also changed to reflect Halloween time. Players can find jack-o-lanterns, tombstones, candles, and other Halloween-themed items. A new custom is also coming to PUBG Mobile with more information on it in the near future.
