In an esports league, sometimes it’s hard to see which teams are stronger than their opponents. For esports that has a 1v1 format, this question is easier to answer because we can see how one team performs against another.

PUBG Mobile is not esports with a 1v1 format. As a Battle Royale game, a match will have multiple rounds where all participating teams will earn points based on their position in the game and the number of kills. Therefore in PUBG Mobile the most important thing for a team is consistency. It doesn’t matter if they get some bad rounds as long as they perform well in other rounds.

Not all teams can always be consistent. After several months or years of success, their performance may drop and the team roster will have to be changed. The list of teams below is our opinion based on their performance in the last few months. 4) ION Esports

Although the name ION is not a new name in the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) world, the latest ION Esports roster was only formed last August. In their first tournament as a team, ION Esports took second place in this year’s Fall Season and earned them a place in the final round. Unfortunately they did not get a high position in this final round and finished in the middle of the group.

3) Aura Esports

Next up is the Aura Esports team in third place. The team’s newest active roster was only formed this year after the Spring Split and like ION Esports immediately produced good results. In this year’s Fall Season, they won third place, and were followed by second place in the final round of Fall Season Indonesia. Aura Esports is one of three Indonesian teams participating in PMPL Fall Split 2020: Southeast Asia.

2) Aerowolf LIMAX

In second place is Aerowolf LIMAX, a team that was just formed last year. In this first start of 2020 until Fall Season, the team has not shown much of a spectacular result and is closer to the middle of the group than the top. It seemed this performance was probably because the team members weren’t used to playing with each other yet.

This has changed in their last two tournaments. In the final round of Fall Indonesia, Aerowolf LIMAX won first place which gave them a place in the final round of Fall Southeast Asia. Then in the tournament, they won second place – behind the first team on this list – which makes them one of only two Indonesian teams in the upcoming Global Championship.

1) Bigetron RA

At the top of this list is Bigetron RA. Some readers must have guessed from how dominant this team is in PMPL Indonesia. The team with the red alien logo has been competing in the competitive world of PUBG Mobile from the start, and it doesn’t look like it’s stopping anytime soon.

In the past year, Bigetron has won first place in the Spring and Fall Season, won first place in the final round of Spring Season Indonesia, won second place in Spring Southeast Asia, and won the World League East. They have even got two paths to reach the Global Championship at the end of November. The only one blunder their position in the near future is their position in the final round of Fall Season Indonesia last September.
