Mobile RPG 'Dragon Quest Tact' Confirmed Global Release This Month!
As one of the oldest JRPG franchises from Square Enix, Dragon Quest is a big name that is still very popular today. The success obtained by this franchise has also been expanded to various media such as manga, anime, and game releases for various platforms. In addition to the adaptation of the game Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai which is still in the works, another new game that is no less interesting is Dragon Quest Tact.
No longer exclusive to the Japanese region, this RPG mobile game is scheduled to be released globally on January 27. Pre-registration access to the game has also been opened on the Google Play Store and App Store. As an added bonus, later players will be rewarded with a reward in the form of “King Slime” when the game is available.
For those of you who are still unfamiliar with the game, Dragon Quest Tact is the latest spin-off series for mobile. This game offers Tactical RPG gameplay where instead of controlling a hero, you will fight alongside Dragon Quest’s iconic monsters. You can bond with monsters, train them, and form the strongest team to conquer all the enemies in your adventure.
Game development is also supported by veteran staff of the Dragon Quest franchise. Starting from Akira Toriyama as monster designer, Koichi Sugiyama as composer, to Yuji Horii acting as director. It can be seen if Square Enix really wants to offer a typical Dragon Quest playing experience that is still awake.
When is the Game Released?
So like the information above, Dragon Quest Tact will be released globally on January 27 later for Android and iOS. As a bonus, players will also be rewarded with Early Access rewards in the form of King Slime monsters to strengthen their squad.
