Popular voice actor Rie Takahashi is rumored to be the voice of Hu Tao in Genshin Impact

Even though Genshin Impact has just arrived Update 1.2 which brings a lot of new content including the Dragonspine map, fans’ enthusiasm for the next update is already very high. This is further affected by the leaked Update 1.3. Several sources confirm that Xiao will finally arrive at Genshin Impact along with another cool 5-Star character, Hu Tao.

Hu Tao himself is a Polearm weapon user character and serves as the 77th master of the Wangseng Funeral Parlor. He is described as a character who is mischievous and likes to throw tantrums, especially to Qiqi who wanted to be buried as a joke. Although information about his character is still minimal, several sources managed to get surprising news from the voice actor who will voice Hu Tao.

So based on information from several sources, Hu Tao will later be filled by Rie Takahashi. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with his name, Rie Takahashi is a popular voice actor from Japan who has voiced many popular anime characters. Some of the characters he plays are Emilia from Re: Zero, Megumin from KonoSuba, Mash Kyrielight from FGO, and many more.

Please note that this information is still only a leak that has not received official confirmation. But considering that leaked updates from several sources are always right on target, it looks like the leaks this time could be legit.
